Shipping Costs

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Shipping Information

We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed or shipped.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our direct control. However, we are always happy to help.

If your package is lost, significantly delayed, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us and we will assist you in working with the carrier to resolve the issue.

International Shipping
